If I had to choose my all-time favourite RPG, Ultima V would have to be it. This is my rendition of the bold, catchy theme by Kennith Arnold.
So, I’ve been lucky enough to have been invited to undertake some soil research at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Umeå, Sweden. After one month (two months to go), my wife and I have seen the weather change from a frosty snow wonderland into something quite pleasant, warm and sunny.
Just added a new track into the library – ‘Stars In Her Skies’; a pensive, hopeful string cue featuring minimal synth and percussion.
Little Big Adventure (also known as Relentless) is one of my all-time favourite games. It was perhaps the first game I completed fully as a kid – something I was immensely proud of. The music by Phillippe Vachey is pretty timeless, and I don’t know if I’ve done his theme justice here – but I hope I’ve given this gaming gem a good showing.

About time. ‘Patagonia’ is a short, uplifting orchestral track, which I actually wrote back in 2011, but couldn’t get the strings right.
