A bright, bubbly piece for piano and strings, but ending with a contemplative, bittersweet tone. It reminds me a bit of ‘The Sims’, and all its ideals of domestic bliss. Also reminds me of lazy days basking on beaches during summer, and of long hours with family and friends.

A folksy, hopeful pop piano track that reminds me of a feel-good romantic comedy. Features mandolin, strings (with a violin lead), synth and acoustic drums.

A soaring orchestral track, which starts softly with clarinet and piano, but which builds to a fanfare-like brass and choir finale.

A simple work for piano, strings and synth – but this time with a 7/8 groove that gives it a bright, happy vibe – building up to a more driven backend. Reminds me of contentment – the kind that comes after a storm of change.

A heartfelt reflection of the snowy darkness of Midwinter (at least of what it’s like here in Sweden!). Simple layered pianos, percussive and sustained strings, and synths.
