I’ve been trying my hand at Adobe After Effects and Premiere recently, and this here video is but one example of a few I’ve been trying to churn out for various projects with The University of Queensland. This was a submission for my fellow PhD student Shelby Berg, for the 2015 QANTAS travel grant.
I must say, I have a newfound respect for video editors and animators after doing these videos – sooo painstaking. But quite a bit of fun too. This video features graphics and vectors from Freepik (www.freepik.com) and Flaticon (www.flaticon.com) – both amazing resources for finding great images for commercial use.
The music in this video was a custom track by yours truly – I’ll post it into the library later this week.
Enjoy!

Thanks! I’m really keen to see where this whole new journey takes me… even if it’s back to music! 😀
I’m looking forward to see what you, Mr. “Music Composer, and sort of a Plant/Soil Scientist”, can do and achieve with animation. Your music was and is an inspiration to me. I think, your music can drive imagination of many video animators. 🙂
