‘Politics’ – one of my vocal pop tracks, has been included as part of QUT’s Creative Industries Showcase.
The showcase is meant not only to promote students as emerging artists, but also QUT’s progressive outlook towards today’s creative industries.
I’ve just released a new track called ‘Forever Sky’, which I have added to the Music page.
Something different, it’s in the style of that ambient-style, feel-good pop/rock stuff. It makes good use of my Danelectro electric guitar I reclaimed after my time away; it’s retro green-colour really adds to things.
I will be presenting music technology workshops at the Australian Instrumental Convention (April 10-13) in Grafton, NSW.
I’m there as a reprentative of Binary Music – a company known for it’s support for music technology in music-making and education. During the workshops I will be demonstrating how music tech can help students and educators maximise their experiences (how very fluffy).
